We’ve just published 2 exciting new additions (in Dutch) in our projects section!
In the “cross-mediaal uitgeven project we’ve worked with a print-media publisher to design new cross-media concepts for the relaunch of a magazine. We’ve had the opportunity to try out some new ideas we had on the use of cultural probes to learn about the readers. It was an quick paced project that resulted in new concepts. Concepts that are user driven and that extend the content of the magazine (and passion of it’s readers) to not only online but also offline events.
“Ondernemend verzekeren” describes the project we’ve worked on for over half a year with one of the largest insurance companies in the Netherlands on a new service development. As your average insurance is experienced as a commodity, insurance companies have to realign their strategy on how they create value for their customers. The challenge was to get over 100 SME closely and actively involved in the creation of the next generation services that an insurance company could provide.
